1. Scope of Service
This platform provides domain distribution and DNS management: suffix listing, prefix application, record propagation, expiry reminders and renewal. It does not sell domain registrations. Every distributable suffix comes from domains genuinely owned by platform accounts at third-party DNS providers and synced through official APIs.
2. Account & Eligibility
You must provide a valid email address and keep your credentials secure. You are fully responsible for all activity under your account. If you detect unauthorized access, change your password immediately and contact us.
3. Acceptable Use
You may not use distributed domains for phishing, malware distribution, fraud, gambling, pornography, copyright or trademark infringement, or any content violating applicable law. You may not scan, attack or disrupt platform infrastructure, nor resell subdomains in bulk without permission.
4. Content & Compliance
The platform operates keyword filtering, risk rules and content monitoring. Where a domain violates these Terms, applicable law, or a provider's policy, the platform may disable resolution, reclaim the domain or terminate the account, with or without prior notice depending on severity.
5. Fees, Renewal & Refund
Package and renewal pricing is shown on the order page. Fees are generally non-refundable once paid, except where a service failure is attributable to the platform. Expiry reminders are sent before due date; domains unpaid past the grace period will be disabled.
6. Service Availability
Resolution depends on third-party DNS providers. The platform strives for high availability but does not warrant uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and provider incidents may cause temporary unavailability.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the platform is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from service interruption, provider failure, or your misuse of the service.
8. Amendments
These Terms may be updated as the service evolves. Material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
